The Midvale Heights Community Association publishes a bi-monthly newsletter, the Midvale Messenger, which is distributed to all Midvale Heights Community Association members. When the Midvale Messenger is published, each of the Area Directors gets the copies for their area's members. The Area Directors then distribute the Messengers to the Block Captains, and the Block Captains distribute them to the MHCA member households on their block.

Midvale Messenger is published six times a year: Jan/Mar/May/July/Sep/Nov. The deadline for submitting an article is the 15th of the month before publication:

Guidelines for Submitting ads
Advertisements can be mailed or delivered to the Messenger editor. Send your ad to the editor by mail or in the body of an e-mail.
Paid ads may be submitted electronically as an attachment to e-mail in these formats: Acrobat PDF, EPS, MS Word, GIF, JPEG, TIF.
Please indicate in the subject line that you are sending an ad for the Messenger and include the following information in the body of the e-mail:
- Name, address, and phone number of contact person for billing purposes
Guidelines for Nonprofit Community Organizations
Announcements from nonprofit organizations will be run at no cost within the following guidelines
- Submitting organization must be able to prove not-for-profit status on demand
- Submissions may not promote the election of an individual to public office
- Submissions must contain contact name and phone number
- Photos and other illustrations will only be used if accompanied by a credit line
- Articles and announcements may be submitted in the body of an e-mail message to the Editor at
Advertising is accepted in accordance with MHCA guidelines. The MHCA Board reserves the right to refuse any article or ad which the Board deems offensive or inflammatory.
