- District 11 Town Hall scheduled for July 7 from 7-8 p.m. at Sequoya Library.
- Housing proposals coming to the council on July 15.
- Virtual Public Information Meeting scheduled for July 2 from 6-7 p.m.

5. Treasurer’s Report
- Account Balance: $41,505.11
6. Picnic Recap
- For next year’s picnic, adjustments to food quantity, additional volunteers, and consider music and games for entertainment.
7. Membership
- 203 new members as of June 24, 2025.
- Join Midvale Heights” yard signs available.
- New member table at Summer Nights.
- Membership Drive mailing reminder in late July/August.
- New resident welcome bags will be delivered.
8. Summer Nights
- Permits approved for concert series.
- Food and music booked.
9. National Nights Out
- Scheduled for August 5 at Westmorland Park from 5-8 p.m.
- $500 for picnic supplies—Motion/2nd motion carried.
10. New Business
- Resident traffic concerns related to speeding on Segoe Road.
- Up to $200 to buy “Drive slow” yards signs—Motion/2nd to do so. Motion carried.
11. New Activity Ideas
- Prairie tour scheduled for July 19 at 6-7 p.m. Happy hour to follow at Odana Golf Course.
12. Bison on Bike Path
- Determine next steps for deteriorating bison in future meetings.
13. Green Team
- Bad River documentary rescheduled for July 29.
- Volunteers needed to help with Tokay Blvd. median.
14. Upcoming Westmorland July 4th Party
- MHCA is a sponsor.
