About the event
A little background for those new to the Green Team. The Tokay medians were created in a major planting in the early 2000’s and they were incredible! But as plants grow, they become crowded, invasives can take hold, and the beds require more care. That’s where we are now.
Neighbors adopt the median plantings and over time those people move or simply can no longer care for the beds. The plantings need help and the Green Team is asking you to consider volunteering for a couple of hours or to adopt a planting or maybe share the adoption with another neighbor.
Work can be done anytime, but our next official “tidy-up” will be 10/17. And it is fine to show up even for an hour. Every little bit helps!
