This is the 2nd public input meeting for the conceptual Clubhouse and Odana Hills East Park Master Plan, part of our neighborhood Odana Golf Course. Since the April 30 Public Information Meeting and June 2 open house site tours, staff have further investigated implications of utility easements within the park and have determined that adjustments are necessary from the preferred conceptual design. On June 2nd MHCA Baseball Commissioner Michael Pressman received a special honor recognizing his 30 years of service with the youth baseball league. The City of Madison, Madison Parks, and the Midvale Heights Community Association presented a rare Madison City tribute to Michael Pressman, longtime baseball commissioner of Midvale Heights. Midvale Heights Community Association Chair Joy Cardin, her sister Judy Cardin, Midvale Heights Bison Gateway Prairie volunteer caretaker Chuck Kreimendahl collaborated to plant a Rusty Patched Bumble Bee Garden Kit in the existing prairie on Monday, May 25th.
