About the event
Join the Green Team as they join Bob & Judy Cardin's for a tour of their personal garden. Judy is a bumble bee expert and educator with the WI DNR's Bumble Bee Brigade and Co-Chair of the Friends of the UW–Madison Arboretum Native Plant Sale.
Their urban Madison yard is a native habitat pollinator oasis with more than 400 native plant species supporting biodiversity, the universe for many pollinators, which find all the flowers they need, pesticide-free nesting sites, and habitat for hibernation and shelter.
Recently featured in the spring issue of National Wildlife magazine, their yard serves as a classroom to help others learn to do the same.
