We are excited to welcome you to the Midvale Heights Community Association! Please note that only members of the Midvale Heights neighborhood are eligible to join. Please use the city of Madison neighborhood map to plug in your address and verify you live within our boundaries.

MHCA is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit, so your membership and any additional donations are tax deductible.

The form below allows you to check out via PayPal with a credit card. You do not need a PayPal account.

MHCA does not share or sell this information, and you may opt out of being in the directory if you like while still recieving a copy.

PLEASE NOTE: MHCA membership is only open to residents of Midvale Heights. Please review the map to ensure you are eligible. Incorrect payments will be converted to donations and will not be refunded.
