MIDVALE HEIGHTS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AREA DIRECTORS' MEETING MINUTES
TUESDAY May 22, 2022, 6:45 pm
Meeting held via Zoom due to pandemic (and delayed for technical problems).
Present: B. Roe, J. Thoreson, D. Lamb, C. Wegner, E. Mackey, T. Jarvis, K. Reuter-Krohn, C. Kreimendahl
Kreimendahl called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
No business was conducted due to absence of quorum (Kreimendahl is non-voting officer).
1. Picnic - We will defer to Cathy Rotter for the picnic planning and assist her as requested.
2. Concerts - The four dates are set for the last four Fridays in July at Segoe Park starting 7/8. Lamb mentioned possible food carts of two main courses and one dessert.
3. Announcements: Make Music Madison is happening 6/21 with performances around the area including at Sequoya Library. Be sure to catch the excellent marimba player there.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
